We have a 100% money back guarantee should you not be delighted with your purchase. Should there be any discrepancies with orders delivered we must be notified within 3 days of receipt. In the unlikely event you wish to complain please write to us and we will respond within 14 days of receipt.

Shipping and Handling

Orders for wormers of any value or any order over the value of £60 have free UK mainland delivery, anything below the value of £60 will incur a £4.30 charge.

Delivery to addresses in Guernsey, Jersey, Northern Ireland and Scottish Highlands will incur the following delivery charges:

£4.30 plus VAT for orders over £60 value.

£6.81 plus vat for orders under £60 value.

Delivery free on orders over £300. Delivery costs below £300 value price on application.

Delivery Schedule

We aim to deliver within 5 working days. You will be notified at the time of ordering if any items are out of stock. In this case please allow 14 days for delivery.

Back Orders

If your item is out of stock we will back order it for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges

For orders made from the UK 17.5% is added.

Any orders outside of the UK will be charged the UK VAT rate of 17.5% unless a VAT number can be supplied to enable us to comply with the EU law.
